Dr. Zedler's first book, Listening for speech Sounds: Stories for the Clinician and the Classroom Teacher, was published in 1955. This textbook became a widely used guide for parents, teachers, and therapists.
Throughout her career, Zedler authored ten major articles and wrote or contributed to 14 books on topics including learning disabilities, dyslexia, neurologically based learning problems, speech pathology, and public education for exceptional children.
